New York City FC (NYCFC) will play host to an MLS Cup Playoffs Eastern Conference semi-final on Wednesday, October 23, with a kick-off set for 7 p.m. The match will air on FS1 but the location of the match has yet to be finalized.

Depending on the playoff success of the New York Yankees, NYCFC will host the winner of the Toronto FC/DC United match at either Yankee Stadium or Citi Field. (See NYCFC’s home playoff scenarios.)

Toronto and DC will meet on Saturday, October 19, at 6 p.m. at BMO Field in Toronto. The teams finished the season with identical records of 13-10-11 (W-L-D) but Toronto ended the season in fourth place on goal differential.

New York City finished the 2019 season with a club-record 64 points as the top-seed in the Eastern Conference, earning an opening-round bye.

Should NYCFC advance to the Eastern Conference Final, the match will take place on Wednesday, October 30, and air on FS1. Kickoff time and location for this match will be announced at a later date.
