Commack’s Robledo Sets John Jay WSOC Scoring Mark

During her first two seasons at John Jay College, Commack’s Kimberly Robledo has been a key component of the Bloodhounds’ offense scoring 22 goals.

Now a junior, the Commack High School graduate recently became John Jay’s all-time leading goal scorer. Her tally in the 15th minute of a 6-2 win over St. Joseph’s (Brooklyn) on September 11 was her first goal of the season and 23rd of her career.

Since breaking the school’s record, Robledo has scored two additional goals in wins over Sarah Lawrence on September 18 and Brooklyn on September 21. On the season, she has three goals and three assists.

During her freshman season at John Jay, she appeared in 18 games and scored 14 goals. She scored a season-high five goals in a 12-0 win over York on September 20, 2017. In her sophomore year, Robledo appeared in 19 games and scored eight goals.
