A Familiar Three LI High Schools Feature In USC Polls

Three Long Island high school soccer teams this week are ranked nationally by United Soccer Coaches in the season’s ninth polls for boys and girls.

In the boys poll, Brentwood (16-0-0) holds the third spot has it has the past several weeks. Joining them is Amityville (16-0-0), which moves up two spots this week to No. 11

This past week, Brentwood defeated William Floyd 2-0 while Amityville defeated Sayville 4-0. 

In the girls poll, Smithtown West (13-0-1) sits at No. 12, down one spot from the previous week’s poll.  

During the past week, the Bulls closed out the regular season with a 3-1 win over Connetquot.
