The New York Red Bulls will be without defender Kemar Lawrence, who is joining the Jamaica men’s national team for a Concacaf Nations League qualifier against El Salvador.
Lawrence has been working his way back to full fitness after sustaining a knee injury.
During the March international break, Jamaica will face El Salvador on March 23 and Costa Rica in a friendly on March 26.
Lawrence has been a regular in the Jamaica lineup for several years, starting key matches in multiple Gold Cups, World Cup Qualification, and Caribbean competitions. He has 48 caps, with three goals and six assists, including a memorable set piece goal in the 2017 Gold Cup Semifinal to lift the Reggae Boyz over Mexico.
